We offer a no quibble return policy. 15 days , which means you have 15 days of time from the date of receipt of your bag or accessory to request a return.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item (bag or accessory) must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or used, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging (including dust bags, boxes, etc.). You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return procedure, you can contact us at the following email address: gianninotaroshop@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to sender without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:

Customized products (special orders, personalized items).

Sale items or gift cards.

If the item includes care products (e.g. cleaning kits or creams), these can only be returned if they have not been opened and used.
Changes
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We'll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
