Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the order process.

Customer Responsibilities and Duties
1. Accuracy of Data and Responsibility
Our primary goal is to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. However, at the time of purchase, the customer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the delivery information provided. Please check it carefully.
As stated in the "Terms & Conditions", responsibility for the goods passes to the customer/recipient once the package is entrusted to the courier.
2. Incorrect, Damaged or Non-Conforming Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or non-compliant item, please contact us by email or phone. within 3 days Upon receipt. To expedite resolution, please attach a photograph of the package and its contents.
3. Missing Goods
We assume no responsibility for any missing goods inside a package if such goods are correctly inserted in the Transport Document (DDT) and in the commercial sales document.
4. Refusal of the Order and Failure to Collect

Voluntary Refusal:
If you decide to refuse delivery, please notify us promptly. Refunds will be issued only after the goods have been returned to the warehouse and verified to be intact.
Attention: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (Europe and Worldwide). A flat rate of €10.00 from the refund. -
Failure to Collect (Stock):
Product collection is a specific contractual obligation. If the recipient is absent after two delivery attempts, the package will be returned to the warehouse. stock .
If the package is not collected within 5 working days From the first attempt, the contract will be considered terminated and the order cancelled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Civil Code.
In this case, you will be refunded the amount paid. minus shipping and return costs (€10.00 in total) . You will be notified of the termination of the contract and the refund amount by email.
5. Refunds and Additional Expenses
We are not responsible for any financial losses due to non-refundable shipping charges or extra delivery/replacement costs.

Insurance: Full refunds from the carrier are only possible if the shipment was insured at the time of ordering.

Non-Refundable Fees: Initial shipping charges, customs duties and return costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

In case of Return: Outbound shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; only the value of the merchandise will be refunded. Please do not return products without contacting us first.

Responsibility and Customer Duties
1. Accuracy of Details and Responsibility
Our primary goal is to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. However, customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery details provided at checkout are correct.
As stated in our "Terms & Conditions," liability for the order transfers to the customer/recipient once the package has been shipped.
2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Non-Compliant Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or non-compliant item, please contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receipt. We recommend attaching a photo of the package and its contents to help us resolve the issue quickly.
3. Missing Merchandise
We cannot assume responsibility for merchandise missing from a package if the items were correctly listed on the Transport Document (DDT) and the commercial invoice/receipt.
4. Order Refusal and Non-Collection

Voluntary Refusal:
If you choose to refuse an order upon delivery, please inform us immediately. A refund will be issued only after the goods have returned to our warehouse and their integrity has been verified.
Note: You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs (Europe and Worldwide). A total of €10.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover these expenses. -
Non-Collection (Storage/Stock):
Collecting the product is a contractual obligation. If delivery fails due to the recipient's absence after two attempts, the package will go into "storage".
If the product is not collected within 5 working days from the first delivery attempt, the contract will be considered terminated and the order canceled pursuant to Art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code.
In this case, the total amount paid will be refunded, minus the costs for failed delivery and return shipping (total €10.00) . You will be notified of the termination and refund amount via email.
5. Refunds and Accessory Costs
We are not responsible for any losses incurred regarding non-refundable transport expenses or additional costs for delivery/replacement.
